I am asking about the actual spiritual person, not only the imagination of getting satisfaction, I would like to know who is the actual spiritual master ? How it comes to the real spiritual person for Kali Yug?

Actual spiritual master is one who has realised God and has the power to deliver you, take you back to Godhead.
There are a lot of pure devotees in ISKCON itself - you need to read scriptures, observe these senior devotees and form your own judgement. I have my own opinion - I think maximum people will agree - but its best you form your own judgement based on guru, sadhu and shastra.

In sri narada pancaratra the Supreme Personality of Godhead explains to sri narada:
"O best of brahmanas, a spiritual master should be an exalted brahmana who knows everything at all times and who is merciful to everyone. In the absence of such a highly qualified person a spiritual master may be a ksatriya who is peaceful at heart, devoted to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, pure in heart, all-knowing, learned in the scriptures, devoted to pious deeds, and endowed with three perfections. Such a ksatriya spiritual master should be merciful to the ksatriyas, vaisyas, and sudras. In the absence of such a ksatriya spiritual master one should accept a vaisya spiritual master who is always merciful to the vaisyas and sudras. In the absence of such a vaisya spiritual master a sudra may accept a sudra as a spiritual master."
