I'd like to ask You is it OK to offer to Deity a macaroni bought in a shop and prepared as normal? My question created from thought that macaroni were manufactured with warm by karmi.

Such items as macaroni, spagetti, etc., which fall into the general catagory of pasta are not cooked by karmis. They are simply a combination of flour and water that have been molded into a
particular shape and then dried. If we can not eat pasta, then we cannot eat
the Indian equivalents of pappadams, or baddies. These are also uncooked dried
preparations which must be cooked by the purchaser and are used in all iskcon
temples and I am sure that Srila Prabhupada didn't object to the use of
pappadams.

The exceptions of course, would be if they included objectional ingredients into the item such as eggs, onions, garlic, etc.

When offering bhoga to the Deities, particularly Radha Krsna Deities, Srila Prabhupada wanted that everything was prepared by the devotees.

In a letter to Puru dasa Srila Prabhupada writes;

6th April, 1976

"Nothing should be offered to the Deities which is purchased in the stores. Things produced by the karmis should not be offered to Radha-Krishna. Ice cream, if you can prepare, is o.k., but
not otherwise."

I have seen at some temples the Deities are offered fruit juices straight out of the packet. Where is the bhakti is such a thing?

If the devotees cannot prepare such things is it not better if we simply offer pure water?

In reference to both your texts Srila Prabhupada was very firm that only person who were twice born, brahmana initiated should cook for the
Deities. Therefore, musli and other things prepared and cooked by
non- devotees and unitiated devotees
are considered unacceptable.

Letter to Kirtanananda Swami 23/11/74

*The right thing is that only twice initiated brahmana disciples cook in the temple.

There are many other quotes on this matter but it is late and this is the general comment that Srila Prabhupada gives on this matter.

Powdered milk and honey, Srila Prabhupada said in a room conversation in Tokyo, maybe 1972, Banu Maharaja was present, that Guru Gauranga should not take grains on
Ekadasi. No mention of powdered milk or honey

In another letter to Bharadraja 18/11/75, Srila Prabhupada said Lord Nrsimhadeva should be worshipped in His own temple, as is done in Mayapur.
