I am going to retire in 2 years and am planning to be a volunteer at my local Temple. I am wondering what kind of job I should ask for  which wouldn't hurt my back. I am also an introvert and am not a "people person"  Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

    Hare Krsna Prabhuji,

    PAMHO.

I am sorry - I may have missed some post. Pls put it on the first page again.

On the other hand, if your question was the same and it has been answered, then it is not required.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD

    Hare Krsna dear Mataji,

    PAMHO.

Retired is not OLD!!! Retired means now you are free to do Krsna's service. Anything and everything that you can do, want to do - you can do for Krsna.

You could maintain accounts for the temple, help in making and printing pamphlets or newsletters for temple occasions, cut vegetables, cook, clean, sit in life membership counter, or donation counter - pretty much everything.

What ever gives you joy, do that in the service of Krsna, for eternal bliss.

    Haribol,

    Your servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD

Thanks so much for your suggestions. Yes, maybe I could do some kind of office work and  cutting up vegetables. I know they need kitchen help on Sunday Feast days.
