Hare Krishna to all devotees
In India we see reservation in every area even in all government jobs (and they are trying to apply it in promotions also) although it was introduced for the welfare of depressed section of society but now it has become a political agenda and its main victims are general category candidate.I don't think there should be reservation in jobs (and promotions) while it is already there in education and all other such things which make a candidate easy to get a job comparative to a general category candidate. There is even age relaxation of 5 years or 10 years with comparatively much more chances to appear in government exam.
After all such inequalities, If a general candidate reduces his age by 1 or 2 years in certificates just to appear one or two times more, is it Paap i.e. sinful activity. If he gets Job due to his age reduction will the money earned by this job come in the category of theft.
Please give answer based on Srila prabhupada's teachings as well as considering the present condition of india.

Tinkering with age in certificates is FRAUD. How can Srila Prabhupada endorse it? Law of the land itself doesnt.
Pls do not grudge the person who is getting the job because of reservation, you have no idea what his challenges are. Even if there are no challenges to the person who gets job in reserved category, it should not bother you.
Just do your sadhana properly. Krsna takes care of everyone. Have you ever seen any animal fight for reservation - still they dont even need to hoard food, right? Nobody goes hungry.
Chant attentively and try harder for job, all the while depending on Krsna completely.
