If they are family elders, better not to say these things to them. If you say demonic thinking, their ego will get hurt and then the mind will shut. Whatever you say after that will have no impact on them.
So one option is to gently tell them that the way to achieve their goal is to chant Hare Krsna Mahamantra. Pls use your words carefully - "achieve their goals", do not specify the goal. Second thing to do is to make them eat Krsna prasadam.
Third thing to do is to read Krsna book in front of them - esp the childhood pastimes where Krsna is killing one demon after the other, even in cradle. Then innocently ask them, it means Krsna was God from "birth", He didnt have to go through a nar se narayan process?
Best is to ignore them and concentrate on your own sadhana. That will help you the most.
With due respect, that is utter nonsense. Nar is jiva, Narayan is God. How can we become nar se narayan. Pls dont pay attention to them. Do your chanting effectively.
