Intention and karma law

Hare Krishna I have a question...suppose if one kills anyone for the sake of humanity..I mean if one has to kill someone only to save hundreds ..nd he has no other option ....he is any ordinary man lyk us....suppose.... Does it really adds to his karma I mean ...will god curse him for this ..for killing someone..even he has no other choice...intention matters or not????? Someone with right intentions too have to face karma law if he kill someone??????

    Hare Krsna Mataji,

    PAMHO.

The situation you have suggested - killing someone for the sake of humanity - is not a normal everyday occurence. So what did the killer do after that - did he/ she surrender to the police stating the crime and the circumstances? If not, please ask them to do so immediately.

Karma reactions will be there - therefore if the person accepts the killing and surrenders to police himself and tolerates the punishment meted out by law immediately, there will be no interest build up for that karma and it is immediately nullified.

Karma kanda is complicated and the rules are not so visible to us - maybe the killing itself is a result of some past act - that is why that soul was in that position at that time, that he had to kill to save lives. Its always a factor of so many things - its better to chant Hare Krsna, Be Happy and go back to Godhead.

    Haribol,

    YOur servant,

    Radha Rasamayi DD
