Sincerly some one doing hard work with honesty generally problems arises from material people if we approach for solution those who are hear the problem if they consider from my side is mistake consider like that to whom we have to approach.

There is a system of redressal of issues in ISKCON. It is very nicely explained in ISKCON Disciple Course. If we are having problem with any superior, we should approach the temple management. If we are having problem with temple management, we should approach the concerned GBC of the temple.
To answer your question more specifically, I will need to know the issue. Lot of times the problem is in our minds only. Or maybe what started as a problem is now an ego trip. We have to always keep our purpose of being in KC very clear. We are doing our sadhana to get closer to Krsna, not for any other purpose. Lot of times, when we get spiritual beatings, it proves to be for our own betterment in the long run. To understand your issue, I will need more facts from you.
