Correcting faulty understanding of Krishna ?

pamho, Hare Krishna,

Once a devotee told me in a chastising mood,

You need to have a guru who can direct you how to read Prabhupada's books.

Today half (1/2) of the gurus think, they are Krishna.

How to correct this type of faulty understanding and smash such faulty false ego as well ?

  • Krishna fully understands everyone but. NoOne fully understands Krishna That is' to say NoOne, No God no man & no Women, No body. Not even Krishna fully Understands all of Hi's on potentials.
This can be con fermed by the the scriptures, the acharreas & by the attractive potencys of chanting the holy name's.
  • The absolute obsorbshion/consummation is possible & mentioned by Krishna & logically inevitability when a microcosmic being/ENERGIES are consumated by a Mac-rocosmic energies. This is simple Logic. & perhaps an underlying ropt of prhbues miss-understamding of the Guru's intintions! ? ISKCON'S Bhakti s & espishshely the brahma-achareas do not intertain such fallacys not even as much as any speculators scientists & or So called scolors & Sages that's100%, To know KRISHNA intimately is to be Humbaled that's 200%sure!
  • Hare Krishna,

As far as I know all iskcon gurus think themselves as a straw on the road which is what my guru Maharaj Sanskarshan Das Adhikari (an initiating spiritual master in iskcon) has taught me. The same was the instruction given by Srila Prabhupada to his disciples.

On the other hand the gurus speak to the common man on the behalf of Lord Krishna. Just as a policeman speaks on behalf on the government but the policeman is not the government himself, similarly iskcon gurus speak on the behalf of Krishna but are not Krishna themselves. All iskcon gurus understand this.

    Haribol,

In my childhood, my father taught me this - Bura jo dekhan main chala, bura na dikha koi... Jo man khoja aapna, mujhsa bura na koi.

Translated it means - when I was asked to go and look for bad qualities outside, I could not find a single person who was bad. When I searched inside, I found that no one is as bad as me.

    Haribol!!!
Today half (1/2) of the gurus think, they are Krishna. - Where did this come from?? Are you meaning gurus in ISKCON - can you name anyone with proof?
On the one hand, you say you are neophyte, on the other, you write looooong advisories to GBC, and forever you are finding faults in lectures, gurus, want written submission from ISKCON as a community, when you are not ready to commit.
Instead of trying to correct the faulty understanding and faulty false ego of gurus, work on yourself prabhu. You will achieve something in life like that. I am amazed at your (Wrong/ Faulty) judgmental attitude. No wonder you have made no progress in 14 years - you are committing the 1st offence - forever blaspheming the devotees who have dedicated their lives to the service of the lord.
Considering what you have written in earlier posts about SP's analogies (doctor prescribes medicines and woman having paramour), my take is you will need someone to guide you through Srila Prabhupada books also. That prabhu must have known your attitude and told you mildly what I am saying bluntly.
Sorry, I could not take it anymore. Sometimes bitter medicine is required.
You are a case of wasted intelligence.
    Haribol.

    Hare krsna prabhuji,

    All glories to Srila Prabhupad!!!

Prabhupad books is very very easy to understand and doesnt require a guru to help you understand the philosophy. However, one requires a guru to cement that understanding and guide you forwards in your spiritual journey. So, whoever chastised you, just ignore him and continue reading Prabhupad's books. Prabhupad will personally guide you that way.

Coming to correcting the faulty understanding: what is the need to correct someone when we ourselves are not clear and correct enough? Just do your sadhana to the best of ability and ignore what others understand or dont understand about the philosophy. This way, you will keep your mind under control and put a check on your ego to accept the philosophy as is.

    Hope that helps prabhuji.

    Hare krsna.
