Why most of the sanyasis and Bramhacharis maintain all apple products that too every time the latest model. For this I gave one standard answer to my friend, Saying they serve lord so they need high standard instruments. For this he questioned back asking why latest models all the time. I know devotees get offended with this question but cant keep it to myself.

haha that's maya power for you the most difficult to surpass. even the best of rishis have got attracted to urvashis and menakas and these are just apple phones...lol.
Spreading the glories of Lord is the duty of every Vaishnava, even using the best paraphernalia and tools for best results, but sannyasies and those in renounced order of life should execute their duties based on instructions for their ashrama.
Despite that, Vaishnava should not criticize one another as we all do the best we can, and understand that Dharma will not appear on earth until Lord Kalki incarnation. No matter of combined effort of celestials, rishis and humans.
Only united vaishnavas, can be successful in mission of spreading holy names of Lord, which is great opportunity of this Age of quarrel.
Based on Srimad Bhagavatam, sannyasis should collect just enough to keep the body and soul together.
Engaging everything in the service of Lord is the duty of every human being, but sannyasies, vanaprastas and brahmacaris should live the life of austerity and renunciation.

First of all, I would like to welcome back our dear Mohini Madhavi Mataji. Welcome back mataji - missed you on this forum so much.
To answer your question prabhuji, whether a devotee is using latest gadgets or no gadgets at all, Krsna doesnt see that. For Him, what is important is with how much sincerity the devotee calls out to Him and endeavours to serve Him. These are minor matters - why should they distract us from our pursuit of singleminded devotion?
What is wrong if devotees use the latest gadgets - it is being used in the service of the lord.

In US dogs get 1000$ meal per month. These days they do trips just to satisfy their dogs.
They buy special soaps, shampoos, cloth for their dogs.
In some places they make special homes for their cats and dogs. Buy for them toys.
People here spend for some kind of sports events hundreds of dollars.
So why not Devotees can use the latest apples?
I use the latest apple. Because it saves me time, and I can do better service in that.
And I am sure Devotees didn't ask donation for that but well-wishers might have donated them those.
